Refund from Unwrap3d by Paypal???

| Hi all, I tried to buy unwrap3d via Paypal yesterday (21 Oct 2007). After one hour, I got an email saying that a refund issued from unwrap3d. Is it because the price of newest version 3.0 is different from the previous version? What's going on??? What should I do? Thanks in advance :) |

| Could be loads of reasons. Most obvious would be that They are not going to sell you the product. (Maybe they lost there delivery system, so couldnt garentee delivey in whatever time frame they said, maybe you wanted a discontinued product, maybe they simply messedup some of the details, so refunded rather than messup more) Options 1) Ask them 2) Buy it again |

| UU3d are a really nice company to deal with. Brad always replies to my emails and is very helpful. One possibility is that you purchased the 'cheaper' upgrade version to version 3 of the program which has just come out, but you dont actually own the previous version to qualify for the upgrade. This is possibily why your payment got rejected. Steve |
