wxRadioBox v2.9 not disabling properly

There's a little bug with radio boxes where they're not being greyed out when thier parent panel is disabled. They cannot be used while disabled, just not greyed out. Appears to work on Mac, so it may well be a Win32 specific bug.

Yeh looks like it. Disabling directly for now is no real biggy.

The cut of 2.9 that I've used is quite old now, but I've been holding off updating until there is an official release - since building and sorting out the headers takes quite a lot of time. Perhaps the issue is gone in more recent builds.
