InsertTreeViewNode( index,text$,parent )

Parameters:

index - Integer index at which to insert a treeview node
text$ - Initial text for the treeview node
parent - A treeview node handle

Description:

InsertTreeViewNode creates a treeview node at the specified index within the parent's children, and returns its handle.
